4. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information

In principle, the company destroys personal information once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows:

The information entered for membership registration or other purposes is moved to a separate database (or a separate file box in case of paper documents) after the purpose is fulfilled, and will be stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and usage period), after which it will be destroyed.
